Frequently asked questions

Is this a digital or printed product?

All Parenting Toolbox resources are digital downloads. Nothing will be posted to you. Read your kit on a device or print the pages you need.

How do I receive my files?

After purchasing through Payhip, you’ll receive a download link at checkout and by email. If you’re a paid Parenting Toolbox subscriber, use the subscriber download link for resources included in your membership.

Can I read it on my phone?

Yes. You can open the PDF on your phone, tablet or computer. Some kits also include an EPUB version, which lets you adjust the text size for comfortable reading. Each product listing specifies the available formats.

Can I print the worksheets?

Yes. A family-use purchase allows you to print worksheets, charts and other pages for your household. Organisations can print copies for eligible families under an organisation licence.

Is it included in paid membership?

Resources marked “Included with paid membership” are available to paid Parenting Toolbox subscribers at no extra cost for their own household. Sharing resources with families through an organisation requires a separate organisation licence.

Can my organisation distribute it to families?

Yes. Choose the organisation licence when purchasing. Each licence covers one selected kit at one site for 12 months, with no limit on the number of eligible families you can supply.

You can share the resources free of charge through direct email, printed copies or a password-protected parent portal. Files must not be posted publicly or passed to other organisations. Full terms are included with your purchase.

Who do I contact if I have trouble downloading?

Contact Michael through Parenting Toolbox at michaelgrose.com. Include the name of the resource, the email address used for your purchase and a brief description of the problem.
